SkyGrid for iOS app is a news aggregation app that makes use of real-time search. My goal was to achieve a simple, and convenient way to browse the most current news in the world. The solution was to have an easy to use home screen with "one-tap" to read an article. The home screen shows you the top news of the day in a photo grid format, for a rich visual experience. Clicking on an item will take you to the story page. Users can even customize their news by adding their own sections and interests.
